The Cakery organised a cake for my partner's 40th birthday party - it looked beautiful and went down an absolute treat with all the guests! They also provided a batch of vegan and gluten/dairy free cakes for guests with dietaries that were decorated to match the style and flavour of the main cake. We had a guest with a severe nut allergy and they were also able to keep everything nut free, which was really appreciated. All email correspondence was really easy and helpful, answering my many queries thoroughly and clearly. Highly recommend - thank you so much!!

Absolutely brilliant! From first contact, they were quick to respond and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Had reminders to collect the cake, too. The actual cake was sublime. Best cake I have ever eaten. The cake decoration exceeded my expectations and the icing wasn't too thick. It made my brother's birthday- he loved it! I will be definitely returning my custom and I would highly recommend.
The most delicious wedding cake ever!!! I find out about this place from my friend when she had an engagement party and her cake was so nice and I decided to have my wedding cake from here. Spoiler: I never regretted it !!!! -wonderful and friendly team, - very quick to respond to messages, -great service and delivery Last minute we had a trouble with our florists, they did forget to send us flowers for a cake decoration, so The Cakery Exeter supported me and offered to decorate the cake according to our color scheme absolutely free of charge! I don't know how they decided to do it at the last minute but the cake looked absolutely fantastic! Thank you so much, definitely recommend!

We had an amazing Baileys cake last year for my wife's 40th and just finished an amazing Kinder Bueno cake with a salted caramel sponge for my daughter's 13th birthday. We recently asked The Cakery to make our wedding cake and we couldn’t have been happier with the result! My husband ordered a cake for my 30th and it was by far the best cake he’s arranged for me. The sponge was so unbelievably light and airy that none of us could believe it held up!
